Welcome

Let me tell you a little about myself.

I am a small computer programmer with a basic school knowledge of programming languages such as ActionScript, Html, Java, C# and C++.
This interest comes from my strong passion of
point-and-click adventure gamesBefore becoming a member of the Adventure Game Studio community I used to work alone on games (Especially in the graphics department)
But thanks to the fate I had a great luck to meet two wonderful people which at the moment I am working on separate projects.

Hit the links below to see more details.

Painted Brain Studio
J-SOFT Entertainment

Over the next posts I wish I could show in the most chronological way possible all my work done (most of them unfinished) with some screenshots and if it is possible even share the link to be able for you to play them.
I'd love to hear your opinion so feel free anytime to comment.

RoadEngine

Thanks to a great master Dirk Kreyenberg from our community who has properly managed to transcribe a code based on javascript into Adventure Game Studio. He eased to all of us a great way to reproduce a classic driving games of the 80's. Thanks to his fantastic demonstration with his demo "Christmas Game Arcade" it allowed me to create this short game that will be refined over the time planned for a side project. You can properly grab the sources codes from here :

Interactive Movie

One of my dearest friend Andrea Federico who is a great filmmaker under his own label OUT CINEMA (you can check one of his latest movie here.) He invited me to work for his new feature film that will be split into two sides. We have just started to do several technical trials and we may think that something can grow as soon as possible. Therefore, I would like to show you our tests made at the underground hospital "Vito Fazzi" (Lecce, Italy) with the help of a perfect actress Maria Teresa Levante.

Tales Of Jayvin

This is one of the greatest date to remember because I first had the chance to know a wonderful person Jason who is a great graphic designer and computer programmer. Due to our perfect likeness in our ways and customs we decided to create our first game together on April 8, 2015. With our first approach we wanted to design some basic features for a role-playing game but adding a pinch of our imagination to make sure to combine even more different kinds of gameplay. Over the next posts we will keep you updated about the carrying out of the game because it's currently under development.

Here there are some screenshots of the game.

// Plot
A young boy named Jayvin is accidentally handed down into another world called Naturnum. He will be called upon to deal several dangers in order to fight the evil forces commanded by the Dark Lord Arachemon.

// Technical Information
Genre : Top-Down / Rpg Length : Undefined
Gameplay :
The player can freely walk the world map. Talking with people or visiting places can often provide useful information or may allow you to purchase items or to activate some main/secondary quests. Dungeons occur in a variety of areas including caves, underwater caves, forests, buildings etc. In these places there are often chests containing items but in some of these dungeons or quests, you must overcome mazes or solve certain puzzles to continue. During the battles you can use a maximum of one creature. The player's creature may not die due to a battle if the health points reach the low but it can be deemed as a defeat resulting in some conditions the end of the game. The battles are random, except against the bosses. Winning the battles you earn experience points, coins and sometimes items. After reaching a certain amount of experience points, character and creature level up. Equipping spell cards to your creature will be able to perform personal skills during the battle. The damage for each skill or attack varies from his level reached.

White War

Along with some friends from the community (Abrahmat who has created the project and worked as game designer and Miguel who has worked as graphic designer) we started building the first rooms for a point and click game. The prologue will work as a presentation of the characters and it will be just set before the beginning of the war Italy-Austria on the Dolomiti (1913-14). I would like to make a special thanks to my friend Laura Suzzi Valli who has tried this game.

Burial Of Truth

I'd like to show you a short game that I programmed on December 02, 2014. It was a result of inspiration from the board game "Clue" and some of the classic videogames such as "Phantasmagoria" and "Gabriel Knight 2". Ripped sprites characters from the game "TekWar" (available from spriters-resource.com)
I would like to make a special thanks to my friend Adeel for his moral support.

Kontroller

One of my first good and serious attempts to program a text adventure/visual novel on Adventure Game Studio on October 2, 2014. Thanks to my dear friend Johnny Di Elea who has completely written the plot of this game and gave me the chance to program it. Despite the hard work did together a problem has arisen with one of our machines erasing every trace of this project. Fortunately, we found a few screenshots of the time so we can be able to show you its authenticity.

//Plot
A space researcher and his team are struggling to find and stop the greatest threat that mankind has ever faced.

Still Haunted

My friend Johnny Di Elea, who has long supported me, he invited me kindly to the rebirth of the Painted Brain Studio on May 28, 2014 thereby giving birth to our first official project together. Although in the programming department there is little, we worked hard for a well-defined plot with even more extraordinary sketches. Without giving away spoilers as well I will try to introduce the plot of the game and possibly to show you some of the artworks.
We hope of release this game by 2017.

Brick Breaker

The title of this short game programmed on April 11, 2014 does not need any explanations. A single room with a single level and one condition : win or lose.
